In order for reviews on our site to be really helpful, we need a few clear rules. They ensure that all reviews remain honest, helpful and respectful – regardless of whether they are about the club, a provider or your stadium experience.

1. Authenticity & relevance

  • Your evaluation should relate to real experiences in connection with stadium visits, a provider or club – as specific and comprehensible as possible.
  • Please do not give ratings that are borrowed or commercially controlled.

2. Fairness & neutrality

  • Describe positive and negative experiences objectively and without exaggeration.
  • No inflammatory, discriminatory or offensive statements.
  • Refrain from malicious insinuations without an objective basis.

3. Transparency & conflicts of interest

  • If you have a business relationship with a provider (e.g. ticket platform, club, stadium), please indicate this (e.g. “I work for…” or “I have a cooperation with…”).

4. Data protection & personal rights

  • Do not use the real names of other fans, employees or members – use pseudonyms or initials instead.
  • Do not share any personal data such as seat numbers, account or payment information.

5. Copyright & Sources

  • Do not post any protected content (e.g. texts or images) unless you own the rights.
  • If you use external links, make sure that they are relevant and do not advertise inappropriate platforms.

6. Objective criticism & suggestions for improvement

  • If you give negative feedback, describe what did not go well – and if possible: what could be improved in concrete terms (e.g. “Better instructions for choosing a seat would be helpful”).

7. No advertising & sales links

  • Reviews should remain neutral – avoid hidden advertising, affiliate links or sales promotions.

8. Moderation reservation

  • Contributions may be reviewed, edited or removed by us if they violate these guidelines (e.g. in the case of insults or legal offences).

With your rating you help other fans to make a decision – and make good experiences visible. Thank you for taking the time to adhere to the guidelines. Together we can make buying tickets and visiting stadiums more transparent and fairer!

How our ratings work

You can award up to 5 stars per category for each rating. The more stars, the better your experience in the area. To get as accurate a picture as possible, we have divided the rating into three main areas:

  • Stadium (e.g. atmosphere, comfort, visibility)
  • Providers on the secondary market (e.g. price fairness, reliability)
  • Club (e.g. ticket policy, fan service)

The overall rating results from the average of all the categories awarded within an area. You can also rate individual areas – so it’s no problem to only share your experience with one provider, for example.

The more fans take part, the better the results will be – and the easier it will be for others to make good decisions about their next visit to the stadium.
