How to get PSG tickets?

You can buy Paris St Germain tickets either on the primary market or on the secondary market. The purchase on the primary market is made directly through the club. Here you have a best price guarantee and the tickets comply with the general terms and conditions of Paris St Germain. If a match is already sold out, you can also purchase tickets on the secondary market. This is a private sale from fans to fans.

The PSG primary market as an official option

Buying PSG tickets via the primary market has many advantages. You get the tickets at the best possible price and the sale is handled directly by the club. If there are any problems, you have an official contact person. In addition, admission to the stadium is guaranteed if you buy the tickets directly from Paris St. Germain.

To get your tickets quickly and easily, you can use the club’s online shop. The upcoming home games are listed here. You must register online to purchase tickets. This requires a valid e-mail address and a secure password. You can only pay for your online tickets by credit card. After the successful purchase, the PSG tickets will be sent to your smartphone. There are no local ticket offices in Germany.

You can buy last-minute tickets directly in Paris at the stadium box office. You can’t buy PSG tickets by email or phone either. As the rush is enormous, tickets are only sold via the online shop. This ensures that there are no long waiting times or overlaps.

The secondary market for PSG tickets: what you need to know

Paris St. Germain ticket viagogo

It often happens that a Paris St Germain home game sells out after a short time. PSG is the most popular team in the French capital. Many international football fans also travel to France especially to see PSG’s stars live in the stadium. Nevertheless, you still have a chance to buy remaining tickets when matches are sold out.

The club’s official secondary market is available for this purpose. This is called Ticketplace and enables the regulated resale of tickets. If fans are unable to come to the stadium as planned, PSG tickets can be resold via the official secondary market. Buying tickets outside of Ticketplace is not recommended. Paris Saint Germain tickets on social media or other sales platforms are usually significantly more expensive. There is also no guarantee of authenticity.

On the official secondary market, on the other hand, you also have a price guarantee and your ticket is guaranteed to get you into the stadium. If you are in Paris and want to see a match at short notice, you should also not buy tickets directly outside the stadium. Counterfeit tickets are also traded here.

4 important points to bear in mind on the PSG secondary market:

  • Sales platform: Paris St. Germain provides an official secondary market called Ticketplace. The club would like to point out that only here is it possible to resell tickets in a regulated and legal manner. As a fan, you should therefore only buy remaining tickets via this platform. Otherwise, you may be refused entry to the stadium or be caught by a fraudster.
  • Ticket price: There are no surcharges for resale on the official secondary market. PSG tickets are available at the original price. Outside of Ticketplace, however, tickets for sold-out top matches are usually traded with a surcharge. This is how scammers try to take as much money out of your pocket as possible. Some “fans” also use this method to try and earn some extra money. You should therefore always steer clear of overpriced tickets.
  • Authenticity: If PSG tickets are sold via social media or third-party providers, caution is always advised. This is because there is only a guarantee of authenticity on the official secondary market. Tickets may be counterfeit or may not be dispatched after payment. The chances of getting your money back are relatively slim. Even genuine tickets are no guarantee of a seat in the stadium.
  • Ticket conditions: The purchase of tickets on the secondary market is strictly regulated by Paris St. Germain. The club clearly states that tickets may only be purchased via Ticketplace. All other methods of resale are illegal and can lead to the tickets being cancelled. Tickets are also personalised for many matches. If your name is not on the ticket, you cannot get into the stadium.

We work with the following providers on the secondary market:

Day ticket or season ticket – what types of tickets are available at PSG?

A single ticket is always the best choice for an occasional visit to the Parc des Princes. This allows you to attend a PSG match of your choice. Whether it’s a top match against Nice or a points fight against potential relegation candidates. In any case, you should be quick. After the official pre-sale, many tickets are already sold out.

In addition to classic tickets, you can also secure tickets with limited legroom. These are cheaper and usually sell out less quickly. The view is not restricted. However, there are also special PSG tickets with a restricted view. These are even cheaper and less in demand. This means you can usually still secure tickets for top matches.

Of course, you can also buy a season ticket from PSG. To do so, you must be a member of the club. A season ticket is only worthwhile for people who live in Paris or travel to the French capital very frequently. As an alternative to the season ticket, there are also multi-game tickets. This allows you to attend several PSG home matches live in the stadium and secure all tickets with just one purchase. To get access to this package, you must be added to a notification list online in advance.

Families can visit the Junior Club stand. The kids will get their money’s worth here. Tickets are 10% cheaper, but the Junior Club Stand is only open during French Cup and league matches. The offer is not available in the Champions League.

Pricing of PSG tickets: a brief overview

You’ll have to dig a little deeper into your pockets for PSG tickets. Of course, the club knows that the tickets are in demand and that many football fans from all over the world come to Paris especially for a match. There are nine price categories in total. In category 1, a ticket costs around 240 euros. Here you have the best view of the action. In category 9, on the other hand, the ticket only costs around 80 euros. In return, you sit right at the top of the stadium.

The seats with less legroom are significantly cheaper.

An overview of pre-sales at Paris St Germain

All PSG tickets are offered for sale in advance. There are a total of four sales steps

  • 1st advance booking: VIP season ticket holders
  • 2nd advance booking: Club Premier season ticket holders
  • 3rd advance booking: Tribune & Le Veriga season ticket holders and MyParis members

The remaining tickets will then go on sale to the public. You should definitely put your name on the notification list. This is because almost every PSG home game is completely sold out. The matches against potential relegation candidates are also highly coveted. Advance sales are only available online.

PSG tickets for people with disabilities

There are special PSG tickets for people with disabilities, which allow barrier-free access to the seats and guarantee the best view of the action. The so-called PRM/DSP tickets can be ordered online. Here, too, you have to be quick. Tickets for people with disabilities are limited and usually sell out quickly. In addition, you must not forget your disabled pass when travelling to the stadium. This must be shown at the entrance.

Travelling to the Parc des Princes

Paris St. Germain Stadium Parc des Princes map

The Parc des Princes offers space for around 50,000 fans and is one of the largest stadiums in Ligue 1, having already hosted European and World Cup matches. The Parc des Princes is also home to the Paris St Germain rugby team.

We have also collected the most important information for your journey to the Parc des Princes:

If possible, you should not travel to the stadium by car. On-site parking spaces are limited and the traffic chaos in Paris can quickly become overwhelming. You also need to buy a parking ticket in advance. These are available via the club website.

Travelling by metro is more convenient. The Porte de Saint-Cloud stop is served by the M9 and is only a few minutes’ walk from the stadium. You can also easily get to the Parc des Princes by metro from the main railway stations in Paris.
