How to get FC Heidenheim tickets?

You have several options to secure a ticket for the next FCH match. If the primary market no longer offers tickets, you can still get hold of them on the secondary market!

Tickets for Heidenheim via the primary market

The first market is probably the most convenient and uncomplicated way to get tickets. You can buy tickets online on the FC Heidenheim website. The club website is simple and clearly laid out and you are guided step-by-step through the purchase process.

In addition to the tickets, you will also find all the information on dates not to be missed and the entire match schedule. Although the Voith Arena offers space for over 15,000 people, coveted tickets can sell out quickly. So it’s worth getting there early.

As a rule, tickets are released 4 to 6 weeks before the match day. The practical calendar on the FC Heidenheim website ensures that you never miss a match again. If you are a frequent visitor to the shop, a user account can be worthwhile. This makes the purchasing process much quicker.

You can also buy a digital season ticket in the FC Heidenheim ticket shop. This is stored on your smartphone and gives you access to numerous exciting matches. This also saves you having to buy individual tickets.

What options does the FC Heidenheim secondary market offer?

FC Heidenheim Ticket Viagogo

Tickets for FC Heidenheim matches are also available on the secondary market. Fans who want to get rid of their purchased tickets have the opportunity to find buyers thanks to the secondary market. This means you have the opportunity to buy tickets from other fans.

FC Heidenheim offers an official secondary ticket market for home matches in the Voith Arena. Both single tickets and season tickets with personalised tickets can be sold there. This offer currently only applies to seats in the south stand.

The tickets are offered at the official prices and you can be sure that the conditions are fair. As the demand for seating tickets is always high, a large proportion of them are already sold out as season tickets.

As soon as day ticket sales begin, the secondary market is released. However, deviations are possible in individual cases. VIP tickets, tickets from the guest area, standing room tickets, free tickets and tickets for blocks G1, G2, H, I, J, K1 and K2 will not be offered.

Heidenheim secondary market: What should you bear in mind?

  1. Platform: There are various platforms through which you can purchase tickets for FC Heidenheim. The club expressly warns its buyers against secondary market platforms that are not authorised by FCH. If you are looking for tickets on other secondary markets, you should note the following points:
  2. Authenticity: Unfortunately, fraudsters are still active on ticket sales platforms. They use a simple scam that is difficult to recognise. The fake tickets look deceptively genuine but are not valid. Especially if you pay in advance, there is a risk that the tickets will never reach you or may not even exist.
  3. Conditions: Tickets purchased via the black or secondary market cannot be checked. FCH therefore reserves the right to refuse these customers access to the matches.

FC Heidenheim would like to ensure that tickets are offered on the official secondary market at official prices and that the conditions are fair for everyone.

The Voith Arena: home ground of FC Heidenheim

The Voith Arena is the venue for FC Heidenheim’s exciting home matches. It has over 15,000 seats, which are almost always full. Its location makes it the highest stadium in German professional football. If you are a spectator at one of the matches, you will feel the breathtaking atmosphere.

The stadium was built in 1970 and further construction work was carried out when FC Heidenheim was promoted to the regional league for the first time. Further promotions meant that the seating capacity was too small and the stadium had to be extended again. It now has over 15,000 covered spectator seats and 37 business boxes.
