How can I buy a Holstein Kiel ticket?

The ticket sales channels are the same for both the home match against RB Leipzig and the away match against Borussia Mönchengladbach. Every member can log in to the club’s online ticket shop with their registration details and select the desired ticket quantity.

Alternatively, members can use the ticket hotline to order tickets. The tickets are delivered as Print@home tickets and must be printed out for the visit to the Holstein Stadium. Did you have no luck with either ordering method? Then have a look at the secondary ticket markets. Here you will find an overview of secondary ticket market providers and individual remaining tickets from private sales.

Holstein Kiel Ticketing: Upgrading and discounting of tickets

Holstein Kiel offers discounted tickets for school pupils, students, trainees, pensioners, severely disabled persons (from 50 GdB), unemployed persons and club members. The club also offers a special children’s ticket for children aged between 7 and 13.

An exception to the age restriction is the family block, where young people up to the age of 16 count as children. All children up to the age of 6 are admitted free of charge. Proof of entitlement to a discount must be presented at the entrance without being asked.

If discounted or children’s tickets are used by persons who are not entitled to a discount, they can be upgraded. The upgrades can be made on the day of the match from 2 hours before kick-off at the ticket centres against payment of the difference and a fee of 2 euros. An additional ticket confirms the upgrade of the ticket.

Does the ticket for the Holstein stadium also count as a ticket for public transport?

Yes, valid Holstein tickets for a home match can also be used as a ticket for public transport on the day of the match. For example, travelling to and from the match by bus, train and ferry is free of charge. Tickets for visiting fans are excluded from this regulation.

Holstein Kiel: Difficult first Bundesliga season

The Bundesliga newcomers are experiencing a difficult year in their first Bundesliga season in the club’s history. After 13 match days, they are already 6 points away from 15th place with just 5 points. In order for Holstein Kiel to go into the winter break with positive experiences, they will have to hold their own against difficult opponents. To do so, the team from the north will need the vociferous support of their fans.
