VfB Stuttgart tickets: new application process for away games

A new application process will be used for away games with a smaller ticket allocation in the 2024/2025 season. This procedure will be used for the first time when tickets are ordered for the away game in the Super Cup in Leverkusen. VfB members have already had the opportunity to secure their ticket for the final in an exclusive application phase from 25 July 2024 to 29 July 2024.

In the future, an application process will be used for the final and for away games with a small ticket allocation, such as in Heidenheim or Kiel. With this process, you can apply for tickets that are randomly allocated to applicants by a software program after the order phase has ended.

VfB ticket procedure: equal opportunities for all

All members have the same chance of getting a ticket, regardless of when they registered for a ticket. Furthermore, there is the option of giving permission for an allocation to take place in a different price category. This gives fans the chance to get a ticket if the desired ticket category is overbooked.

Each applicant will receive an e-mail confirming or rejecting their application once the allocation process has been completed. If the application is successful, the e-mail will contain a confirmation of the allocated tickets, which the buyer can then confirm independently within a certain period of time. If this deadline is not met, the ticket will be released again and reallocated to the fans who have not yet been successful.

VfB Stuttgart: New procedure in the virtual ticket queue

The ticket pre-sale for the home game against 1. FSV Mainz 05 started on 6 August 2024 at 9:00 a.m. The tickets for this are only available in the online shop and each member can order up to 2 tickets. The information about the order was sent to members by email before the start of sales.

To be able to join the ticket shop and the virtual queue, members must first confirm their membership number and email address. After entering the correct data, they will automatically be given a place in the queue when sales start. As soon as access to the shop has been granted with the assigned waiting place, the buyer can log in to the VfB online shop with their customer account.

VfB online shop: test option before sales start

In the online shop, customers can test in advance whether it is possible to log in with their existing customer account and whether they are entitled to pre-purchase. In addition, buyers can check whether the registration in the queue with the membership number and the e-mail address works smoothly.

Each member can only access the online shop or the virtual queue via one device or one browser window. This is how VfB Stuttgart ensures that each member only receives one place in the queue. The shop operators warn against reloading the page, as this could result in the loss of the place in the queue.
