Bayer 04 Leverkusen: Ticket information for the home match against Holstein Kiel

On matchday 6 of the 2024/2025 Bundesliga season, Bayer 04 Leverkusen will host promoted 2nd division side Holstein Kiel at home in the BayArena. The match kicks off on Saturday, 5 October 2024 at 3:30 pm. Here you can find information on how to order Bayer 04 Leverkusen tickets.

Bayer 04 tickets: pre-sale phase

The match between the reigning German champions and the promoted team from Schleswig-Holstein is already sold out. Ticket sales started on 03 September 2024 at 12:00 noon and were planned without free sale.

Bayer 04 Leverkusen fans can order their tickets via the Werkself online ticket shop. All day tickets will be made available to buyers as Print@Home or e-tickets. Payment in the online shop can be made by direct debit, credit card or Paypal.

Bayer 04 Leverkusen: Ticket allocation procedure

During the pre-sale phase, only members and season ticket holders of Bayer 04 Leverkusen have the right to order day tickets for the home match. Every Bayer 04 Leverkusen club member has the opportunity to secure two tickets for Bayer Leverkusen’s home match against KSV Holstein.

Existing season tickets are included in the ticket limit. Season ticket holders therefore have the chance to purchase an additional ticket on top of their season ticket. Day tickets sold during the early booking phase will also be included in the ticket restriction.

A virtual waiting room has been set up in front of the online shop from 11.45 a.m. for the start of sales, with fans being admitted to the shop in a random order from 12.00 p.m. onwards. The time at which fans enter the digital waiting room has no effect on the order of admission. All fans entering the waiting area after 12:00 will be listed behind the fans already waiting.

Do Bayer 04 Leverkusen members receive a loyalty bonus?

Long-standing club members have an advantage in the Bayer 04 Leverkusen ticket selection.

Members who joined the club before 30 June 2022 can select their tickets in the “Special 1” sales phase for the entire stadium.

All members who acquired their membership in the period between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2024 can select their ticket in the “Special 2” sales phase in blocks A, H, F4/F9. The same blocks are available to new members with an entry date after 30 June 2024 in the “Special 3/MG-NE” sales process.

Bayer 04 Ticket Exchange: The hope for a ticket

As the ticket contingent has already been fully utilised, fans must now hope to sell their tickets on the ticket exchange. This secondary market is available for fans who are unable to use their tickets and would like to sell them. Alternatively, there is also the opportunity to secure a ticket or two on our portal.
