FC St. Pauli tickets: First Bundesliga home match against 1. FC Heidenheim

On Sunday, 25 August 2024, FC St. Pauli will welcome 1. FC Heidenheim for their first Bundesliga home match. Kick-off for this clash will be at 5.30 pm at Hamburg’s Millerntor. Club members of the traditional Hamburg club who are not in possession of a season ticket, fan curve ticket or season package can already purchase a ticket for the home match on 31 July 2024 (from 11 a.m.).

Day tickets for existing customers went on sale at 11 a.m. on 1 August 2024. Existing customers are fans who have already purchased one or more tickets by 30 June 2024. Club members of FC St. Pauli and existing customers can purchase a maximum of 2 tickets. Members who have a season ticket, fan curve ticket or a season package can purchase an additional ticket, but this only applies to the seating area.

If there are no more tickets available, the club will offer a secondary ticket market from 12 August 2024, through which fans can resell their unused tickets. Alternatively, you can also look for such tickets on our platform. Purchasing tickets via the “Viagogo” ticket platform or via classified ads does not comply with the general terms and conditions, which is why these tickets will not be permitted for admission.

Ticket ordering: What options do FC St. Pauli fans have?

Ordering tickets for an FC St. Pauli match is primarily recommended via the online shop. It is still possible to order tickets via the club’s internal ticket hotline, but this is not recommended due to the long waiting times. The telephone order costs €0.20 per call from a German landline and a maximum of €0.60 from a German mobile phone network. Home match tickets will not be sold at the ticket centre.

Anyone who registers in the online ticket shop using their user data on the day of sale will end up in a virtual waiting room 30 minutes before the start of sales. Due to the high demand, FC St. Pauli is organising admission using a random process in which customers are selected at random and forwarded to the ticket shop. There they can then order a ticket for the desired FC St. Pauli match.

In the online shop directly, customers can only select the shipping option as a digital ticket. After completing the order, customers will receive a link by e-mail that will take them to the tickets they have ordered. There they can then choose between a “mobile ticket” or a “print@home ticket”. Tickets ordered by telephone will be dispatched as “Print@home tickets”.

FC St. Pauli tickets: services and offers

FC St. Pauli fans who require a wheelchair access ticket, an auditorium ticket or a barrier-free priority seat can request such a ticket via the e-mail address [email protected]. The deadline for FC St. Pauli’s home match against 1. FC Heidenheim was 13 August 2024.

Families with children can access FC St. Pauli’s home matches at a reduced price in the N1 family block. If you are interested in a ticket for the family block, you must send an enquiry to [email protected] at the start of membership sales. There is an absolute ban on alcohol and smoking in the FC St. Pauli family block.

If a discounted ticket is passed on to a person who is not entitled to a discount, fans will be able to upgrade their ticket from the Monday before the match day. The upgrade can be made directly at the ticket counter at the stadium or via the online shop. To avoid long queues, the club recommends using the online offer. Fans can use this to obtain a “Print@home ticket”, which can be used in combination with the original ticket.

Children under the age of 7 have free admission to the Millerntor of FC St. Pauli. Parents must bring the child in question with them when collecting the so-called lap ticket. If the age is not clearly recognisable, a copy of the child’s ID card or birth certificate is required. With the ticket, the children then have access to the standing and seating areas without the right to a seat.
