1. Bundesliga: Ticket prices for the 2024/2025 season in comparison

With 86,624 points, the Bundesliga is in fourth place in the UEFA 5-year ranking. It is no coincidence that millions of football fans flock to the stadiums of the Bundesliga clubs, as the German top flight offers thrilling matches and top-class sport week after week.

The ticket prices that have risen recently do not prevent fans from supporting their favourite club live in the stadium. We have put together an overview of ticket prices for the 2024/2025 season for you here, comparing the prices of standing-room season tickets and the day ticket costs for full-paying fans of the Bundesliga clubs. We also show the increase compared to the previous season and the savings for members.

The ticket prices in the Bundesliga at a glance (in ascending order)

1. TSG 1899 Hoffenheim

TSG 1899 Hoffenheim fans can count themselves lucky, as they pay the least for a standing-room season ticket at €150. The club has also decided not to increase the price of season tickets.

Fans of the team from Kraichgau pay just €14 for a standing-room only day ticket, which also puts them right at the top of the league. The only thing that members of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim will have to do without is a discount for members on the standing-room season ticket, but this should be bearable in view of the most favourable price.

2. VfL Wolfsburg

VfL Wolfsburg came in 2nd place with a price of 160 euros for a standing-room season ticket. Wolfsburg fans pay the same price for the ticket as in the previous season, as the Wolves also waived a price increase for the 2024/2025 season.

VfL Wolfsburg fans will have to pay €15 for a standing-room-only day ticket. VfL members can look forward to the cheapest standing-room season ticket, as after deducting the member discount of €50, they will pay €110.

3. FC Bayern Munich

In the ticket ranking, the record champions are in the same place as last season. With a price of 170 euros and a price increase of 5 euros compared to the previous season, FC Bayern Munich is in third place.

As in Wolfsburg, a day ticket for the standing area costs €15 in Munich. FC Bayern Munich is not offering a discount for members. Knowing full well that they can fill the Allianz Arena without the discount.

4. 1. FC Heidenheim

The fans of 1. FC Heidenheim only have to pay slightly more than FC Bayern Munich for a standing-room season ticket. The price rose by €10 to €175 in the 2024/2025 season.

Fans of 1. FC Heidenheim have to pay €16 for a standing-room only day ticket. The club will grant members a discount of 55 euros on the season ticket, bringing the price down to 120 euros. This puts the members in 2nd place behind VfL Wolfsburg.

5. 1. FSV Mainz 05

The fans of 1. FSV Mainz are pleased that the price has not risen compared to the previous season, as it remains at 189 euros for the standing-room season ticket. The club officials have decided not to increase the price.

A price of 15 euros will be charged for the day ticket. Members of 1. FSV Mainz 05 can look forward to a discount of 29 euros.

6. Eintracht Frankfurt

The vociferous fans from the north-west corner will pay €190 for a standing-room season ticket in the 2024/2025 season, the same price as last season. Hesse also decided not to increase the price.

However, Eintracht fans will pay the most for a day ticket in the standing area, which will cost €23. Members of Eintracht Frankfurt, on the other hand, can look forward to a discount of 57 euros on the price of a standing-room only season ticket.

7. Bayer 04 Leverkusen

The reigning German champions landed in 7th place in the ticket ranking with 210 euros for a standing-room season ticket. Bayer 04 Leverkusen increased the price by EUR 20 for the 2024/2025 season and is the first team to break the EUR 200 mark.

Fans have to pay €16 for a day ticket in the standing room segment. Bayer 04 Leverkusen is one of 6 teams that do not offer members a discount.

8. FC St. Pauli

The promoted team and last season’s Bundesliga 2 champions charge their fans €216 for a standing-room season ticket, €23 more than in the 2023/2024 season.

A standing-room-only day ticket will cost fans of the traditional Hamburg club €15. FC St. Pauli grants its members a discount of 19 euros on the season ticket price.

9. FC Augsburg

The fans of FC Augsburg land in mid-table in the ticket ranking at 219 euros. The club increased the price of standing-room season tickets by €20 in the 2024/2025 season.

For a day trip to the standing area of the “WWK Arena in Augsburg”, fans pay a price of €17. Members of FC Augsburg receive a discount of 30 euros on the season ticket price.

10. 1. FC Union Berlin

The capital city club charges its fans 221 euros for a season ticket in the standing area. In doing so, 1. FC Union Berlin is foregoing a price increase compared to the previous season.

Fans of the “Eisern” will have to pay €16 for a standing-room only day ticket. In order for the club to be able to count on the support of its members, those responsible are reducing the price of season tickets by €34.

11. SV Werder Bremen

At 222 euros, fans of the Green-Whites pay just 1 euro more for a season ticket than fans of Union Berlin. The Bremen team increased the price by 20 euros compared to the previous season.

The day ticket in the standing area of SV Werder Bremen costs fans 17 euros. Werder members are granted a discount of 30 euros on the season ticket.

12. Borussia Mönchengladbach

Borussia Mönchengladbach fans will have to accept a substantial price increase. The price of the standing-room season ticket has been increased by 40 euros to a total price of 230 euros for the 2024/2025 season.

Fans of the “Foals” will have to pay €16 for a standing-room only day ticket. Even though the club significantly increased the price of the season ticket, Borussia members will receive a discount of 20 euros.

13. SC Freiburg

After the shock of the departure of long-serving coach Christian Streich, SC Freiburg fans can expect only a small price increase for standing-room season tickets. The club raised the price by 10 euros to 235 euros.

The day ticket in the standing area segment is available to fans from 17 euros. The club does not grant a discount for members on the season ticket.

14. VfB Stuttgart

Surprising runners-up VfB Stuttgart are increasing the price of standing-room season tickets by 12.50 euros. Fans of the Swabians will have to pay €240 for this ticket in the 2024/2025 season.

The day ticket for the MHP Arena in Stuttgart will cost fans €18.50, making it the second most expensive day ticket in the standing area. Members of VfB Stuttgart receive a discount of 17 euros on the season ticket.

15. RB Leipzig

RB Leipzig will charge its fans €5 more than VfB Stuttgart for a standing-room only season ticket in the 2024/2025 season. The club increased the price by €17 from €228 to €245.

A day ticket in the standing area will cost €17 at the Red Bull Arena. Members of RB Leipzig will also have to make do without a member discount.

16. VfL Bochum

In the ticket ranking for the 2024/2025 season, VfL Bochum are in the same position they were in last season when they managed to stay in the league via relegation. The price of a standing-room season ticket has risen by €21 to €246.

The day ticket, on the other hand, is comparatively cheap, with fans paying €16 for day admission to the standing area. Members of VfL Bochum save 37.50 euros when buying a season ticket.

17. Borussia Dortmund

The “Yellow Wall” is known worldwide for its fantastic atmosphere and it is all the more astonishing that fans will have to pay the second most expensive price in the 2024/2025 season. Borussia Dortmund raised the price of a standing-room season ticket by €8. Borussia fans will pay EUR 258 for such a ticket this season.

BVB’s day ticket is the second most expensive standing-room ticket in the league. Fans have to pay 18.50 euros for this ticket. Members of Borussia Dortmund have to do without a discount.

18. Holstein Kiel

Bringing up the rear is the promoted team and the first Bundesliga team ever from Schleswig-Holstein. Compared to the 2nd division season, fans of the Storks will have to pay €48 more for a standing-room season ticket. The price for the 2024/2025 season has risen to 272 euros.

Kiel fans will have to pay €17 for a day ticket in the standing area. Members of KSV Holstein will be granted a discount of 32 euros.
