Payment for tickets ordered via the ticket shop is made exclusively by SEPA direct debit, with the charge only being made after the tickets have been successfully allocated. As always for away games of the German national team, tickets are reserved for members of the ‘Fan Club Nationalmannschaft’ and members of independently organised fan clubs. This option is not available to members of an independent fan club.
DFB Ticket News: Bonus system in the event of high demand
If the available ticket allocation for the Netherlands vs. Germany match is not sufficient, the DFB team’s points bonus system will be used to allocate tickets. Since the 2016/2017 season, members of the ‘Fan Club Nationalmannschaft’ have been collecting points when purchasing personalised tickets. This system was developed with fan representatives to give the most loyal supporters an advantage and to reward them for their loyalty. The time when a ticket was ordered is not decisive.
Each member can only order one ticket, but group orders are still possible. A maximum of four fan club members can be combined in a single order. All members must enter their membership number and PIN as usual.
The advantage of a group order is that you can travel to the international match with your group and watch the game together. The member who first logged in and registered is responsible for ticket delivery and payment. In this draw, the group participates as a whole, either everyone gets a ticket or no one does.
