SC Freiburg launched the exclusive members’ pre-sale of tickets for the match against FC Augsburg on 17 September 2024. Members of SC Freiburg and the Förderverein Fußballschule Freiburg have the chance to get their tickets via the “joker phase” from 09:30 to 11:00 on the day of the pre-sale start.
Due to high demand, the “Joker Phase” cannot be seen as a guarantee for a successful ticket booking, but it increases the chances for members to be able to experience SC Freiburg at least once per season. Each member can use the “Joker Phase” once to secure a ticket. If fans are unable to purchase a ticket during the “Joker Phase”, the member will be given another opportunity at another match.
SC Freiburg vs. FC Augsburg: Advance booking phases for SC Freiburg fans
The 2nd pre-sale phase for club members started after the end of the “joker phase” at 12:00 noon of the pre-sale start. The right to purchase applies to all members who have reached the age of 5. All members will be informed of the time of the start of ticket sales by e-mail before the start of ticket sales.
If the available ticket contingent allows it, SC Freiburg will start the free pre-sale after the end of the members’ pre-sale, giving all SC fans the opportunity to buy a ticket. The sports club will inform you in its newsletter whether there will be an open pre-sale.
Where can I order tickets for SC Freiburg?
You can buy tickets for SC Freiburg’s home matches via the club’s own online ticket shop. There you can choose your favourite match and will then be guided through the ordering process with step-by-step instructions. A customer account and a valid e-mail address are required to place an order.
Another option is the ticket hotline of “Reservix”, which can be reached at 0761-88849996. Orders by post or e-mail cannot be accepted and processed. Other advance booking offices can be found on the website of the Freiburg ticket partner “shop.reservix.de”. SC Freiburg tickets: discount and upgrade
In principle, school pupils, students, people with disabilities, people doing federal voluntary service, pensioners and holders of a Freiburg Pass have the option of using discounted tickets. For this purpose, the relevant ID must be carried on the day of the match and presented on request.
If you purchase a discounted ticket via the secondary ticket market, you must have it upgraded on the day of the match at the stadium entrance. You will have to pay the difference in the ticket price plus a fee. If you do not have your proof of eligibility with you, you will also have to pay a fee and make up the difference.
SC Freiburg: How can I get inclusion and lap cards?
For the youngest SC fans up to and including the age of 5, Sportclub will provide a lap ticket on match day. For this, the adult accompanying the child must present proof of age in the form of a birth certificate, health insurance card, child ID, etc. at the ticket kiosks around the stadium and pay a fee of 3 euros. This gives the child access to the seating areas, but not their own seat. The child will not be admitted to the standing area.
Tickets can be booked via an order form for people with disabilities who require an accompanying person. Visually impaired fans can follow the match via the fan radio “Sportclub-Live” in the stadium. The SC will provide all the technical equipment required to enable fans to listen to the commentator. Those who wish can bring their own headphones into the arena.
