How to get Besiktas tickets?
When looking for tickets for Besiktas, your first port of call will probably be the Besiktas website. However, fans will not find what they are looking for here. The reason for this: In the Turkish Süper Lig, official sales are not handled by the clubs themselves. Since the 2012/13 season, tickets have only been available via the central platform called Passolig. The licenced and reputable third-party provider not only sells tickets, but also tickets for all other matches in Turkish professional football.
The derbies against Galatasaray or Fenerbahce are often sold out. Then you won’t find any more tickets on the first market at Passolig. Nevertheless, as a fan you still have the opportunity to be live in the stadium. This is because an official secondary market is also operated via the Passolig platform. This gives you the chance to buy remaining tickets that will be resold by other fans.
The Besiktas primary market as an official option
If you want to buy tickets, you have to use the official primary market. This is because valid tickets are currently only sold via the platform called Passolig. The club itself is not allowed to sell tickets. However, there is a decisive disadvantage here: the website is only available in Turkish and often cannot be reached from Germany.
Alternatively, you can also use a German-language Passolig provider. This is not an official provider and the prices are usually somewhat higher, as a service fee is charged. However, you can make sure that the purchase of your Besiktas Istanbul tickets goes smoothly.
Before you can buy tickets, you need to register online with Passolig. You will then be sent a Passolig card to which the tickets will subsequently be booked. The process can take several days or even weeks. It is therefore important that fans apply for the Passolig card well in advance. A one-off fee of 20 euros is payable for the Passolig card.
If fans are already in Istanbul, a one-off ticket can also be applied for at an official Passolig stand outside the stadium. This makes buying tickets a little easier. However, there is also the risk that the game is already sold out and you will not be able to get any more Besiktas tickets. In order to purchase tickets via the local Passolig stand, you must present an official identification document.
The secondary market for Besiktas tickets: What you need to know

If Besiktas Istanbul’s home games are completely sold out, you can no longer purchase tickets via the official first market. Demand is particularly high for top matches and derbies. Here you need to be quick or try your luck on the secondary market. This official secondary market is also regulated by Passolig. Tickets are available via the platform.
It is important that you always use this official option. It is generally not possible to buy Besiktas tickets via other third-party platforms or social media. This is because the name can only be rebooked via Passolig. If this does not happen, you will not be admitted to the stadium. However, there is also no price guarantee via the official secondary market. This is because sellers can set the price individually. This means that if demand is high, the price is usually correspondingly high.
4 important points to consider on the Besiktas secondary market:
- Sales platform: The Passolig platform is the only way to purchase tickets for sold-out home matches. This is where the regulated and official secondary market takes place. Ticket sales via other third-party providers, social media or sales platforms are not permitted.
- Ticket price: Always pay attention to the price when buying your tickets for Besiktas on the secondary market. There is no upper limit and tickets are usually offered at a significantly higher price. Of course, you have to decide for yourself how much a ticket is worth to you.
- Authenticity: To avoid ticket fraud, you should only purchase tickets via the official secondary market. Here you will usually always find suitable tickets for upcoming home games, as season ticket holders can also convert their tickets into day tickets.
- Ticket conditions: In principle, there are strict conditions for the purchase of tickets. You should therefore only purchase tickets via the official secondary market. Otherwise, there is a risk that you will not be allowed into the stadium.
We work with the following providers on the secondary market:
Day ticket or season ticket – what types of ticket are available at Besiktas Istanbul?
As a Besiktas Istanbul fan in Germany, the day ticket is probably the best option. This allows you to attend a home game of your choice and combine a football spectacle with a stay in Istanbul. Basically, you only have the choice between different seats at the Tüpraş Stadyumu. There is no standing room for security reasons.
The stadium is also divided into an upper tier and a lower tier. The closer you want to be to the edge of the pitch, the more expensive the tickets will be. Nevertheless, you still have a great view of the action from the cheaper seats in the upper tier. There are around 10 different seat categories in total. At Passolig you will find a clear stadium map with a graphic representation of all sectors.
If you want to watch more than half of all Besiktas home games live in the stadium, the season ticket is also interesting. This can also only be applied for via Passolig. However, demand is high and a large part of the contingent is already being utilised by season ticket holders from the previous season.
Pricing of Besiktas Istanbul tickets: A brief overview
Besiktas tickets utilise a dynamic pricing system. This means that the cost of the same ticket can fluctuate depending on the opponent. Naturally, a higher price is charged for top matches than for matches against a potential relegation candidate. The cheapest tickets usually cost between 29 and 35 euros. Here you can secure a seat in the lower or upper tier of the south stand.
You have a much better view of the action from the east and west stands. Our tip: get category 2 or 3 tickets, which are not quite central but are significantly cheaper than category 1 tickets. Depending on the match, you can expect to pay between €70 and €90 per ticket. For the best seats in the stadium, however, you will have to pay at least 90 euros.
Official prices are no longer available for season tickets for the current season.
An overview of advance ticket sales at Besiktas JK
Advance ticket sales for Besiktas Istanbul home matches are exclusively online via the Passolig platform. As a rule, pre-sales start a few days before kick-off. However, the exact dates may vary. It is therefore worth checking the platform regularly.
However, you do have the opportunity to take part in the pre-sale in advance. Season ticket holders can convert their Besiktas Istanbul tickets into a day ticket in advance and offer them for sale. It can make sense to buy tickets on the secondary market in advance, especially for top matches with high demand.
VIP experience in the stadium: Everything about hospitality tickets at Besiktas
Your visit to the Besiktas Istanbul stadium can be made unforgettable with a hospitality package. This gives you access to various VIP areas and seats in the best business seats in the stadium. The price is 399 euros per ticket. However, there is not much other information to be found in advance. Before you spend so much money, it may therefore make sense to send an enquiry to the club. You will then receive information about all the services included.
Unforgettable moments: Besiktas Istanbul at Türkiye Kubasi

Successes, records and passion: Besiktas Istanbul in Europe
Besiktas Istanbul is also a regular fixture in various international competitions. The team last made it into the Champions League in the 2020/21 season. A few years earlier, they even reached the round of 16 and celebrated a sensational success.
Besiktas Istanbul has also become an integral part of the Europa League and the UEFA Conference League. The fans still have to wait for a prestigious international title. But that’s no reason not to ensure a great atmosphere in the duels with the best teams in Europe.
Besiktas tickets for people with disabilities
The Tüpraş Stadyumu has special barrier-free areas for both home and away fans. Tickets for these areas are limited and people must apply for a form online in advance. Only then can tickets for people with disabilities be purchased.
The number of tickets available is limited. So it pays to be quick here. The sooner the request is received, the better the chance of getting tickets for the upcoming home matches.
Travelling to the Tüpraş Stadyumu

Beşiktaş Park is one of the largest stadiums in the Süper Lig and has a capacity of over 42,000 fans. Besiktas has only been playing its home games here since 2016. However, after the demolition of the historic İnönü Stadı, some parts of the building were preserved for monument protection reasons.
Finally, here are some important tips for travelling to Tüpraş Stadyumu.
Travelling by car: Travelling by car is not recommended due to the lack of parking spaces.
Travelling by public transport: There are several bus stops around the stadium. The easiest way to reach the arena is via the Beşiktaş Stadyumu stop. From the Asian side of Istanbul, you can take the ferry to the Beşiktaş stop. From here it is only a few minutes’ walk to the stadium.
Travelling from the airport: From Istanbul International Airport, take metro line 11 to the Kağıthane stop. From there, take the 48T bus to the Dolmabahçe-Tünel stop. Now you are only a 5-minute walk from the stadium.
